We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed — see the article on deleting your data for exactly what that covers.
A couple of specific cases worth knowing. If you complete an assessment but don't verify your work email, your results are held for 90 days so you can verify later; after that, personal details are removed. If you create an account but never finish your assessment, the account and its data are deleted after 30 days, with reminders along the way.
We only ever collect what the service needs, and we never sell your data or use it to train shared AI models.
