Deleting your account permanently removes your Congruence Score and all your dimension scores, your full assessment history and conversation, any Check-in with Congruo sessions, your employer verification, and any Score Cards you've shared — shared links stop working immediately.
This can't be undone. If you want to use Congruo again afterwards, you'll start fresh with a new account and a new assessment.
We send a confirmation email as soon as you delete, making clear the removal is permanent. If you ever get that email without having asked to delete, contact us straight away at [email protected].
A small amount of information is kept only where the law requires it — for example, billing records — and your contributions to any company's aggregate profile remain, but fully anonymised so they can never be traced back to you. Everything that identifies you is removed.
