This is a firm rule built into how Congruo works, not a setting you have to switch on.
If your company subscribes to Congruo, they see only aggregate, anonymised culture data across their workforce — the collective picture, never any individual's results. Specifically, an employer cannot see any individual's assessment results in identifiable form, cannot see any individual's name, email, or personal scores, and cannot even tell whether any particular named person has taken the assessment at all.
Aggregate scores only ever appear once enough verified people have responded — so no individual can be singled out from the numbers.
Nothing you say in the conversation is ever quoted, attributed, or made identifiable in anything an employer sees. Your individual results live under your own account, private to you.
In short: your employer learns about their culture in aggregate. They never learn about you.
