How the employee side and the employer side connect

Congruo has two sides, and understanding how they connect explains what makes it different.

On one side, individuals take a free assessment about their working life and get their own personal culture fit. On the other, the verified responses from a company's own employees combine into that company's culture profile.

So the employer picture is built entirely from real employee experience — not a survey you design, not a consultant's interpretation, but your own people describing their workplace across thirteen dimensions. Independent, structured, and honest.

The connection is protected at every step. Individuals get their private results; employers get the aggregate. Responses are anonymised and combined before anything reaches the employer side, and scores only appear once enough people have taken part. Nothing an employer sees can be traced to a person.

That's the heart of Congruo: the same conversation that helps a person understand their fit also builds an honest, independent picture of the culture they work in. And this helps businesses understand their culture better and how to improve it.
