How company profiles are created

A company's culture profile on Congruo is built from its own people.

When verified employees take the assessment, their responses — anonymised and combined — form the company's culture profile. Nobody at Congruo writes it, and the company doesn't write it about itself. It comes from lived experience.

This is what makes Congruo different from a reviews site. It isn't opinions or star ratings. It's a structured picture of culture across all thirteen dimensions, drawn from the people who actually work there.

A profile only shows a Company Culture Score once enough verified people have responded, so no single person's experience can be singled out. Below that point, there simply isn't a score to show yet.

The more people take part, the fuller and more accurate the picture becomes.
