It's entirely personal — someone else at the same company would get a different score, because it's about the fit between you and the place, not a rating of the place itself.
Alongside it, you'll see your preferences and your experience laid out across all thirteen dimensions, so you can see exactly where things line up and where the gaps are.
You also get a Score Card you can share if you want to — it shows your dimension scores and your Congruence Score, with no employer name and nothing that identifies where you work. Sharing is entirely your choice, and you can stop sharing at any time.
Your results stay in your dashboard. You can return to them whenever you like, and explore what any part of your result means by asking Congruo directly in the chat.
