What appears on a company page, and what doesn't

A company page shows the collective culture picture, never any individual's contribution.

You'll see the company's culture across the thirteen dimensions, drawn from verified employees and combined so that no single response can be identified. Where a company has claimed its page, you may also see things it's chosen to add — a logo, a description, links.

What you'll never see is any individual's answers, scores, or words. Contributions are anonymised and aggregated before anything is shown, and nothing traces back to a person.

Scores only appear once enough verified people have responded. This threshold exists precisely to protect the people who took part — below it, no numbers are shown at all.

So a company page tells you what it's like to work somewhere, drawn from the people who do. It never tells anyone what any one of those people said.
