What happens during the assessment

The assessment is a conversation, not a form.

You talk with Congruo the way you'd talk with someone genuinely curious about your working life. There are no multiple-choice grids to click through and nothing to fill in. You go at your own pace.

Congruo asks about two things. First, what matters to you at work — across thirteen dimensions of culture, from how safe you feel to speak up, to how much autonomy you have, to whether the work feels meaningful. Then, what your current workplace is actually like across those same thirteen dimensions.

You describe your experience in your own words. Congruo listens and builds a picture — you're never asked to rate your own company with a number.

Towards the end, you're asked to confirm your work email. This is optional, and it only matters if you want your responses to count towards your company's culture profile. Your personal results are saved and yours to keep either way.

There's no time limit and no right answers. The more openly you describe things, the more accurate your results.
